Crystal: Busy mother of two young children. Loves Mexican food! Cilantro and lime make a meal from heaven. My other love is baking. Nothing relives some stress more than making up some bread, cinnamon rolls, or cookies. My son's food allergies have made me very aware of different dietary needs and I've learned a lot about dairy-free and egg-free cooking. My other hobbies besides cooking are running, hiking, reading with my children, and web developing. My hope is that someday this blog with become a full-featured cooking website. Until I get the time to make that happen...this will have to do.

Katie H: Likes to cook mostly Mexican, Italian, American and Asian inspired dishes but dabbles in a lot of other styles. Her style is that of absolute finesse with no recipe or measuring device in sight. She also makes a point of using minimal amounts of sodium in her cooking and maximizing the amount of fresh ingredients. She's started cooking under the tutelage of her mom shortly after birth...or thereabouts. When Katie is looking for a challenge in the kitchen, she'll flip through a cookbook from her bookcase full, skim an ingredient list and go to work adapting and tweaking as she goes.
